Definitely needs another round of meds and a trip to the vet. Since her good bacteria in her digestive tract is being compromised by the antibiotics she needs to be given good bacteria. Good bacteria can be found in yogurt, but with having diarrhea I would suggest just buying Benebac. It comes in tubes and you can buy it at petstores. I would also give her Pedialyte to restore the electrolyte balance caused by having diarrhea. Once opened Pedialyte only lasts for 48 hours so buy the single servings in the baby department. Also look for an immune system booster vitamin at the petstore since coccidia has to be overcome by their own immune system - the meds just keep it under control until the immune system can defeat it and with a weakened pup this sometimes takes a while.

Sorry, you're going through this, but neither in itself is fatal, but dehydration is so really push the fluids. You can check for dehydration by "pinching" the skin at the scruff of the neck, it should spring back quickly, if it stays "tented" then she is dehydrated and your vet can give her an injection of fluids.

Get well soon cheeto? Keep us updated and we'll keep her in our thoughts and prayers.
