I think you've made a wise decision to leave the tail alone. I do dock my puppy's tails, but the more people who see undocked Yorkies, the more natural it will seem and eventually we will catch up with the rest of the world and ban it, right along with ear cropping.
Heard about New York, but don't think it was passed - anyone have an update??????
