Maybe this girl would be glad to get rid of her? Looks like she's not very fond of her Yorkie... Even if she is the friend of a relative's friend (did I get that right?) I think it would be the right thing to do to talk to her and if she shows no positive response I would turn her in anyway. Be an advocate for the little innocent Yorkie girl!
