is that +## one of those codes where if you dial the code before the phone number you are telling your phone company that it is ok to charge all long distance/international calls that the party makes to your account? They had something about these codes on the news last year here in VA when I first moved here....people are so crooker it is just ridiculous the trouble people will go through just to mess somebody over.
