Do you have any nutrical? This will sometimes stimulate them to eat. She is really tiny and you wouldn't want her to get hypoglycemic. And I WOULD be worried too! I have a finicky eater that is 2 1/2 yrs old..she has been since I got her. I boil some chicken breast and put very little in with her kibbles, I also give her a few peices of canned dog food cut up and mixed in as well..she will eat this. She doesn't have an eating schedule...she pretty much eats when she feels like it. I have a new puppy who is on Nutro Ultra puppy...Sadie LOVES her new fursisters food however,,,,she needs adult food so....I went out and bought the Nutro Adult and she eats it. Maybe you could try some of the baby (skin baby) meat sticks...She needs to eat...And as for the vet saying she will eat when she is hungry...I wouldn't go for that...Yorkies are very small dogs and shouldn't go without eating.

Good Luck...I hope you find something she will eat.
