Um. forget reporting her to breeder.net, that is secondary, you need to go to small claims and file a complaint against her. Also, sue her for filing fees as well. She has a lot of nerve and is trying to rip you off. She spent the money already and she's greedy. No excuse for that. I certainly hope you get on the ball with filing a suit in small claims against her. This is just unacceptable, period.
