I don't understand, I guess define the word animal cruelty? .. seems they are more worried about humans than the animals ... thatz cruel from the get-go! . Why are different states more strict then others? Are there certain laws where breeders have to follow? I'm sure she is not turning this in on her taxes, so more then likely she is commiting tax fraud, I dont know that for 100%, but if she is going to allow other people to see her filthy place, then I doubt she really gives a rats a$$ on the law.

I hope you accomplish something ... this is beyond atrocious .... Why do y'all pay before getting the pup? I saw my baby first and went back in intervals to see how she was doing ... (well, I did get stiffed by a contractor, so I should understand why we all trust people) ... Those of us who follow the law get screwed much of the time ... and the ones with no hearts seem to get away with things we wouldn't even dare to do!
Please tell Penny I am keeping Ellie in my thoughts ... and please let us all know that Lillie is fine .... and Ellie too ...
