your baby could have a roached back. But you said that the spine curves downward? I think that a roached back curves upward. Don't quote me on this, but from what I have heard, if it is a roached back it is genetic (like most of the flaws). Take her to the vet to find out. I am not sure if there is much that can be done for it. Why don't you do a google search on the roached backs. Like I said- not sure if they curve up or down. I think it is more of a hump.
