Oh please do not go back to that place & never let a strange person hold your dog. It takes all of 3 seconds to ruin a dog. Puppies usually take time to get use to having the hair plucked out. & not much hair is usually taken off a yorkie anywhere unless u want a short puppy cut or a schnauzer cut. The ears & butt area are trimmed & the underpads of the feet & toenails. It sounds as though you like the petsmart groomer as well as your dog so I would go there. That person that pulled your pups ear hair was very unethical & should have been reported to the store manager.
