i am so sorry this has happened. I don't know how you can get your deposit back tho. My contract states that my deposits are non refundable but if the puppy dies while in my possession then that is my fault and to me that's a no brainer. The deposit should be returned. As far as I am concerned, the non refundable is for things like if the buyer just decides they don't want the puppy or don't pick it up when they are supposed to. GEEZZ it's just common sense that if it dies in my possession, then I owe the deposit back. i hope you get the money back. |
