Well thats plain crazy.
Non refundable means to me if you change your mind. The death of the dog has nothing to do with you. I can not imagine a court of law seeing it any different.
I would copy the non refundable clause she has on her site. If you paid by check or money order get those records.
Then I would contact her and tell her that info. If she doesnt respond like she should, tell her you will sue her if you have to.
Im sure you dont want to go thru all of that, but really that is the only way to get your money back from someone like that.
