I don't think the lady had any right to go ahead and pull her hair out of her ears, unless she asked you for permission first! Some people think that they are superior to others and just take control. They may not have totally rinsed the shampoo/conditioner out or maybe it's just the type of shampoo that's a little rough on her skin. I had to try quit a few before I noticed that Andy's skin wasn't dried up looking by his belly. I don't pull the hair out of the ears, I just trim and clean them everytime I shampoo...
