If the shampoo wasn't rinsed out all the way then she would more than likely be greasy feeling. Her skin may have had a reaction to the shampoo and that is what is causing the flakes. Next time you take her in ask them to give her a hypo allergenic bath so that she doesn't have a reaction to the shampoo or ask them to give her a remoisturizing bath so that it helps her dry skin.
That lady was very rude. Reguardless of how bad a dog looks I never tell some one that their dog needs to be groomed. Occasionally when some one comes in with a new puppy I offer to give them a free nail trim. Most people are over joyed to get this. |
