Just a site suggestion...I am a member on a different type of site and they have awards that are given out to people...
Most posts,
most inciteful,
most knowledgeable,
just plain sweet,
for always being there,
stuff like that. And, there is a little award that is made for them...so, when you click on that user's name, you can see all of the awards that they have earned.
