If the vet finds any reason for replacement I don't argue I just replace or give you the money back. I cannot refund shipping because I did not keep that money. depending on what is wrong with the pup I may pay to ship it back to myself. My vet does check the knees of the pup. I can say that he is very good and does check for hernias, heart conditions and knees before they are cleared to fly. If he finds a problem and you have already paid me I just notify you and return the money.
