Obviously this is a personal opinion and I'm not a breeder just a buyer but I have to say I got Reagan when she was 14 weeks old and she was a bit scruffy. I loved it, I would look at other puppies who were a bit younger and had a shorter coat and didn't think they were as cute. I think part of them that is so cute is that scruffy fluffy messy look, but again that's just me.
