I only wipe off very young ones when needed. I'd say a first "real" bath probably not until 6 weeks old. When you do, make sure you dry them completely and don't let them get a chill. Also make sure you don't hold the blow dryer too close and unknowingly burn their skin. In addition, make sure it isn't too far back and blowing cooler air on them. Extremely important that they don't catch a chill.
