I agree! I swear, it took Chester almost 2 years for him to not have accidents in the house anymore. I still have to watch him when it rains outside. Even though I don't mind him going on the concrete (which is covered), he still won't go pee. Irritates me!
Now Gracie, she still goes in the kitchen and not on the pee pad anymore
