[joy and bella]

hi everyone....so i am used to bringing bella EVERYWHERE with me. she is always in her bag, but sometimes i let her head pop out bc sh eloves to see whats going on....i have never had a problem until the other day i got kicked out of the mall bc i had her. i thought that jeb bush passed a law that small dogs were allowed everywhere except where food is served???? anyways....when i said that the guy said that the mall was privately owned and that no dogs were allowed???? is this true?? i am scared to bring her places now...where am i allowed......thanks everyone....
