Hopefully the problem is solved by now. It sounds like she has dried poop on her bottom that is stuck in her hair so when she tries to go it's pulling the hair - ouch! Just soak her bottom in warm water and give her bath to remove all the feces and trim the hair if necessary. Give her a heaping teaspoon of the plain pumpkin a couple of times a day and make sure she is getting plenty of water and exercise. |
