The Reception staff at a vet (or anywhere) speaks VOLUMES about a place (whether it be your vet, your doctor, etc.). The first time I called my vet the receptionist was soooo sweet I just love her - and I knew I would love it there for my babies and I do.
I think you should let the vet know that his receptionist is reflecting poorly on him and his business and that he could be loosing clients as a result. |
