Getting more fluid into her should help her stools. I also like to give them some pedialyte post surgery. The anesthesia will usually upset stomach and bowels and usually will cause more of a too soft stool rather than constipate but every dog is different. If you can, go to your local drugstore tomorrow to the baby section and find a small bottle of unflavoured pedialyte. It is an electorlye solution and I always keep it on hand for my dogs.
If they don't have unflavoured, then get flavoured it is fine. Give her about 3 cc's of it 3 or 4 times a day for about two days. Once you open the bottle, keep it in the fridge and it is good for about 5 days. The whole bottle is too much for her so you will end up throwing the rest out or drink some yourself, it won't hurt you.
