I understand getting deposits and having pups spoken for before then, but this pup was actually picked up. It's also against the law in my state for a pup to change ownership before 8 weeks. I think it's always a good idea to keep them until they at the very least get their second set of shots. I'm a very firm beleiver in 10 to 12 week before getting rid of the smaller Yorkies.
