Sounds like she's been doing this for quite a long time and just thinks it's a normal thing. If she's that consistent about the timing of it, maybe you could catch her before she goes and get her outside...you've probably already tried that, I just realized how ridiculous that sounded after I typed it.

You could also try "boot camp" for a weekend. Get a long leash and attach it to your waist and Miss Gracie gets to be with you ALL DAY. Watch her cues...circling, squatting, etc, and take her out as soon as you notice. It's a pain in the rear, but eventually she will get it. You have to be consistent.
