My Yorkies are wonderful and loving and fun with our immediate family and frequent visitors, but they go OFF THE HOOK barking at anyone they don't know that come into our home. It's gotten to where I gate them in the bedroom, and they know "strangers" are in our house and you can't hear yourself think because they make such a racket.

I have tried teaching them to stay at their "spot" and practice knocking on the door...they do good when it's just me practicing..they don't listen to anything when someone's actually at the door. We've tried Cesar Milan techniques by leashing them and correcting them, we've tried shaking the penny can at them...they are CRAZY dogs!!!

Any suggestions, anyone??
