I agree with doortego - I Hate the shelters too - but it's the people breeding dogs without thinking of the explosion in the pet population that are really to blame -
I think these shelters should give these poor animals way more time to find good homes.... but we all need to do our part to keep them supplied with donations and items needed for the comfort of these homeless dogs. It's a horrible problem in this country and if there was a change in the spay neuter laws - it would really help - but I just don't see any changes coming.
We need to look to other countries who don't have a puppy mill or homeless pet problem and take notes. |
