hi- we taught Bubba to shake in Puppy class - tell your pup to sitquickly treatand in the opposite hand from the hand you want to shake with hold treathas to be easy chew treat- tap paw- with finger and say shake - keep doing it sometimes you may have to help lift paw at first alittle then treat and praise make sure you say shake when you touch paw and lift- it same kind of thing for hi- five hand palm up treat in other hand take his paw touch your hand say hi five and say good or clap if he even comes close treats and rewards then gradually after awhile they will do it without wanting anything . just on command good luck bubba says you can do it ! bas1
