Her ears may not stand. Loki's did not. If you want to try - shave the tips and tape them. Loki hated the tape and his ears are thick and heavy so I didn't try.

For the barking, I would enroll her in a positive reinforcement puppy class to help her build some confidence. The trainer can help you with any issues. For now, move slowly around her and remain calm. If she barks at something, just look in the direction she is barking and say "Oh well, nothing there" and walk the other way. Say her name and give her a treat when she looks at you. PM me if you want some book suggestions.
