Mine did the same thing. He's now 10 months old and he finally stoped. But he was aggressive about it too. More than just a teething issue. We kepted telling him no and would stop playing with him because he was too rough. We would bite him back as well. Only made him play harder
he liked it!
Good luck - he'll stop. Just takes some time.
