I actually just started drinking two cups of green tea per day - one when I get to work, and one early afternoon. Plus, I increased my water intake. I've gotta tell ya... I feel 150% better! I'm not exausted all day like I used to be. (man, I'm kind of sounding like a commercial now, but I'm being 100% honest!).
