My Riley howls all the time, whenever he gets excited. I am 98% positive he learned this off of my old Basset Hound Charlie. Obviously Charlie howled, and when I had to let go of Charlie so that he could go to live in Toledo, Ohio with my step-brother, Riley started howling regularly. It is so cute. It's so funny, and it so much better to listen to then the yapping. LOL
