I just saw this thread (haven't been on much lately)!! I'm so sorry that Romeo went through this. Don't beat yourself up about this. We all have and will make mistakes. It is by these mistakes that we learn and by sharing that we educate others so they don't need to go through this experience. I'm so glad that he is back to his normal self.
Sissy will be due to her annual shots within the next couple months. I'm telling my vet no lepto and no bordatella (she got kennel cough from the first intranasal dose). I'm also considering no rabies because I've heard the mandatory dosage is much too much for a 4 lb. dog. My vet has always been very cautious and when Sissy was a pup would only give one shot at a time with nothing blended. So, I trust her judgement - but will still put my two cents in when I know something she might not.
All of the stuff I know I learned on YT - so it is posts like this that keep folks educated/informed!!!!
