Thats sick, and yes they do need much tougher laws on animal abuse in this country.
I think tougher penalities are coming here pretty soon. We had an incident that involved a pony last week, that really ticked many here off. News program read some responses to it, and ohhh man, many were really upset about it.
We DO need tougher penalities for idiots like this. Sorry but my dogs are more human than some humans! |
