I wanted to get Tika use to the water in the bathtub so I got some rubber duckies (that squeak) and I let her play in the water with the toys before I bathed her. She absolutely loves it! The water only goes up to her "knees" and she chases the duckies in the water.

Then I pull out the puppy shampoo - and although she doesn't like being soaped up - she doesn't fight the baths anymore.
