Yay fellow Canadian! i am from London! there is no d-ring.. lol.. but layla will not be a snow girl i don't think (this will be her first winter.. but she hates the rain and she hates being cold) so i don't think i will have to worry about taking her for a walk in it
I bought it in Sault Ste Marie (where i am originally from) at a store called Penny's Pets, however the company that makes it is called Casual Canine. when i saw that it came with a scarf.. i had to get it.. even tho it isn't pink... she still looks great!
