The grandma didnt own the rottie, it escaped from its garden and ran round the neighbour hood, it jumped a gate into that poor ladies garden and attacked the little boy, so it wasnt her fault, she was just sat there playing with her grandson and then this dog comes from no where.
I thought rottweilers were bred to be mean, but i dont know much about them.
It is mostly irresponsible owners, and licenes would be good, so that these dogs are with experienced knowledgable handlers.
If only more people were like you then maybe there wouldnt be so many attacks?
