when I first log on I always try to look at the newbies. And welcome them. Even if I have no advice. I also look for post that no one has posted to or few have and see if I can help. If I can't help I'll boost them back to the top to try to get them the help they need. I know that some threads get lost when there are so many to read. So I try to look for the ones that may have been overlooked
