Ok guys... Have you seen this???? I'm taking her to the vet in the am.... its hard swollen.... she is not crying when I poke at it but she is not a cry baby.... what is it and should I be worried??? Is it no big deal???

Is this what I think it is... just a swollen mamary , infected?? maybe a bug bite gone bad? help me out guys.... any ideas... I don't know if I should go to the emg vet tonight or if it can wait....
