hi Chrissy0277,iam so sorry you lost your little furbaby of 16 years last year to kidney failure.That is what happend to my little caleb.It was so hard ,but as you said ,you can't cure old age.Yours was even 3 years older than mine.But either way,it felt like i had him forever,he was so much part of the family.When he was gone it felt like i lost a person in my family.Not many people understand how it feels,they say "it was ONLY A DOG"They don't know our little furbaby's are so much more than a dog.They are our baby's.And yes,i think yorkie people are the best ,that encludes any one that may have a nother kind of furbaby.We love them all.My little dachshund that i lost ,he was not a yorkie but i loved him just as much and he was my baby too.
