We dont have a vet in our Petsmart here in Canada but one time I took my cocker in to be groomed for the first time...well..they had a wonderful puppy special, I came back 3 hours later and OMG he looked like he had just had a bath and thats it!!! Not that it cost me much but I had to drive almost 2 hours to get there and wait an additional 3 HOURS for what looked like a bath??? NO CUTE BOWS OR ANYTHING LOL...my groomer now is private, cheap and I get cute widdle bows!! I love shopping at Petsmart but wont be using their services anytime soon..
