Hi,
My yorkie, Buddy, had pancreatitis in March and April. I thought he was going to die. He was very sick and was hospitalized twice. They gave him "pancreazyme" medication and changed his food. He hasn't had an episode since. He is no longer taking the pancreazyme, but is still eating a low fat, restricted diet prescription food. He eats IVD Royal Canine Duck & Potatoe Light.
