I guess I am lucky. Gypsy goes to the local Banfield. Great vets. They are great with her and me. The 2 vets there are wonderful and take time to talk with me and they really listen. The office people love Gypsy and take good care of her (spoiling is the right word). Several times they have not charged me for something cause they know money is so tight and I have to bring her so much for dips (mange mites) and she had kennel cough right after I got her. I have always been given an itemized statement with out question.
