Maybe you should try a private Vet. I would think one that is in private practice would be more considerate and maybe even more thorough than the corporate hired vets @ petsmart. IMO. I am sure that there have been people on here with good experiences, but I personally had a bad one too. I took a cat to petsmart years ago, and it WAS ridiculous. I live in a small town now and use a wonderful local vet who owns his own practice. He is unbelievably inexpensive and does a fabulous job. He NEVER charges me for those "little things" i.e. anal gland emptying, sample that I brought in, etc. You can tell he really cares about what he does and about his clients. Just a suggestion........if petsmart vets are anything like human doctors and dentists that work for corporations - then stay away from them!
