Hi Honey, I know this problem and my 3 yorkies get it all the time. I use a special solution that I spray on the skin and leave it on and after about 3 applications the itch goes. This product is only available via a vet as far as I know,but lasts ages and is called...virbec, epi-soothe, this is the shampoo but you can also get a spray too. Worth a go as I know it works.
