How is your baby today? How old is she? How much does she weigh? Are the stools fine? Any vomiting? Feed her by hand if you have to and continue the Nutrical or Nutristat until she is eating fine. Encourage drinking by giving her chicken broth (natural low sodium) and continue to give water by syringe frequently. Watch closely for any signs of dehydration and take her to the vet for fluids he can easily give by injection. Normal temperature for a dog is 101.5 to 102.5.

Here's a link to the A/D food. It sounds like you add water at first and then decrease the water everyday. I would probably be feeding small amounts of this mixed with water by syringe every hour around the clock until she was better.
