My 8 1/2 mth old male does that to the neighbors beagle so I'm pretty sure it is not a mating thing. Dylan seems to be saying smell me, notice me, hey pay attention here. He also rolls onto his back after sticking his bum up in the beagles face. He loves buddy!!!! lol |
