we are happy to find this site of yorkie lovers..
we are from india and we have a 6 year old darling "fido' who just had bloody stools and metrogyl for 3 days cured him . sorry to hear cali has diarrhoea..
fido was out of trouble in 3 days and what helped was the vets recommendation that we introduce curd in his diet which we did with chicken liver broth boiled with carrots and gourd . all fresh .we dont feed him the food that is ready made and sold in the market.. he is fine and after 2 days he has to be dewormed..he hated curd and is fussy eater but the chiccken liver camoflaged the taste and he ate it
the other problem is fleas like you all have written about, we are going to use frontline for the first time....there was a spray from Bayer...called BOLFLO.. do u get it abroad?
