If you do go to a tax office please be sure to let them know why you want to contact the person. I don't think they can give out information but maybe they can contact that person and have them call you. Also, is there a vet's name registered with the chip on the dog? Can they tell where it was done even though the person didn't register the chip in their name? Good luck! |
