sorry your husband has that so bad - it's awful to hear it isn't it ?

they really don't know they do it ... When mine first started having this problem ...I got no sleep for listening and watching to see if his chest was moving - it's so scary - they stop breathing so long you think they're dead....Not to mention those loud gasping breaths......I hit the roof on a few of those till I got used to hearing it in the middle of the night....he'd wake up wondering why I was standing over him shaking with my eyes bugging - ready to pound on his chest
Tell him your EMT friend said to get a damn cpap machine!
