It took Sissy a full day to be her normal self when she was on this medication with Giardia and lots of bloody diarrhea. Did your vet see Cali, or did you just take the stool sample in? If she's not herself by tomorrow, she might need a little jolt of subcuteanous fluids to help her out. Sissy got this because of the diarrhea she had and I think that helped more than anything.
The meds did not make her vomit, but that is when she stopped eating her dry kibble and I had to start cooking for her. Sometimes the meds can cause anorexic behavior......
